The app is 48mb which doesn't make sense when all it's SUPPOSED to be doing is sending control to the device and receiving a few bits of information re: battery life and temperature. Then when you install this likely-to-be spyware, you discover that it has to reacquire the device every time instead of remembering what you have and allowing you to select the one you're using if you have more than one. It isn't worth it to install this app... I just use the controls on the device.

The neck fan itself works very well, the app was easy to connect to and has all the controls that you need. I like that they included the option to turn off the power light and the beep when you change settings. Some suggestions for future updates: The ability to see battery percentage and projected battery life based on current settings. Finer stepped control for wind speed instead of the clunky touch bar. A description of what each mode setting does.

the app is very hard to use. I want one button that allows the cold air to go to the max and one that allows heat to go to the max but instead this app has about 10 button and all of which do nothing.
