Dans 9 territoires en France, un propriétaire n'a pas le droit de louer au-dessus d'un plafond fixé par arrêté préfectoral. flouz compare ton loyer à ce plafond et te dit gratuitement de combien il dépasse, et ce que ça représente depuis la signature de ton bail.

Le calcul tient compte du secteur exact de ton adresse, de la date de signature de ton bail et du délai de 3 ans pour agir.
