Very frustrated! The free generated video was great. So, I bought a plan. The AI content did not stay consistent and it takes my credits for videos it DOES NOT generate. (The app says it is there but it's BLANK) also the HeyGen contact page says error NO PAGE Found. Basically I'm receiving half of what I'm paying for.

You will NOT get what you THINK you are paying for! NONSTOP billing, access, & account issues! Only able to create 3 "postable" videos in a 2-month timespan. They promised to give me additional video credits for ALL of the discrepancies, yet I never got them. My account was erroneously canceled due to how they POORLY misrepresent their plan information, which also caused me to lose my 20% creator discount. I spent more time troubleshooting than creating! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I subscribed to the monthly plan expecting to create more videos, but after generating only two videos, the app told me I had reached my limit. That made these the most expensive two videos I've ever created. What's even more frustrating is that the free plan allows three videos (with a watermark), while the paid monthly plan effectively gave me less value. This was very disappointing, and I hope the pricing and limits become much clearer and fairer for subscribers.
