Absolutely blew it on your last update. It won't work at all on the s8 with android 9. On the j7pro it opens the app but can't recall it's own saved user name and password that was previously created. It no longer communicates with device. Cannot receive alarm messages. Nor can you turn the alarm off or on.

with the latest update, the apps totally cannot be used. It keeps on stopping. Please do something to fix this problem immediately otherwise the whole alarm system will be useless.

Tamper alarm goes off once a day without any reason.. Also one of the door sensors stopped working after one week.. All the problems is not worth the hassle..
