About this app

HeyisAI turns the mess in your inbox and your phone into something you can actually search.

Bills, receipts, bookings, subscriptions, appointments and documents arrive scattered across email, your calendar and your files. HeyisAI reads them, works out what each one is, and files it. Then you just ask.

"What did I spend on food last month?"

Ask in plain language. HeyisAI searches what it has organised, opens the attachment if the answer is inside a PDF, and replies with the actual figure.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY, NOT AROUND OUR SERVERS

Most assistants send everything you own to a server. This one does not.

HeyisAI runs a real AI model on your phone. You download it once, and after that your messages, your call history and your photos are read, understood and answered entirely on the device. They are never uploaded, not to us and not to anyone else. That is enforced in the app itself, not promised in a policy: anything touching your on-device data is answered by the on-device model.

You can also switch on cloud AI for harder questions. When you do, only the specific content needed to answer that one question is sent, it is used to write the answer, and it is discarded. It is never stored and never used to train any AI. You choose which mode you want the first time you open the app, and you can change it whenever you like.

WHAT IT ORGANISES

Connect only what you want:

Gmail: bills, receipts, order confirmations, travel bookings and statements
Google Drive: searched live, so nothing is copied onto your phone
Google Calendar: appointments and events
Photos and files: organised on your device, contents never uploaded

Nothing is connected until you connect it, and disconnecting deletes everything from that source.

WORKS OFFLINE

Once the on-device model is downloaded, the assistant answers with no internet connection at all. On a plane, on the underground, or on a bad signal, it still works.
