So professional, fast and effective with any task be it organising social events, sorting out household maintenance, researching accommodation options or gift ideas. A few bugs with the app, sometimes frustrating. But I can't live without Hey Jude. Life-changing for a busy working mom with kids who needs to run a household as well.

Brilliant idea, can be better executed I love this idea of a local remote assistant and I hope they keep working on the service and improve it. The app is a bit buggy (doesn't give you notifications unless you open the app, can't post responses without a good network connection. The work the staff do can be improved as well. I'll often go days without a response, so their ticketing / tracking system can be improved and the way the work is done could be better which is a hiring / training problem

The new app is buggy and incredibly difficult to use. They need to urgently fix it. The web interface is just as bad. Tasks vanishing, tasks prematurely auto closed, task updates missing, messages vanishing. The service is great but the app makes the experience really bad. Would have given the service 5 stars. The agents do a great job with the tools they have. Don't push an untested app to your user base. Will revisit this review once the app is fixed.
