Hey Paddock is a work app for cafes, restaurants and bars. The team has everything they need for a shift, and the manager can see what is happening in the operation.
• Checklists – opening, closing, hygiene. Who checked off what and when, with a photo and time.
• Shifts – monthly schedule, exchange of shifts between colleagues, availability and holidays.
• Attendance – arrival and departure via kiosk or phone, overview of hours.
• Tasks and news – assignment of a task with a photo, notification for the whole team with confirmation of reading.
• Messages – conversations with colleagues and groups for the kitchen or bar, with reporting and blocking.
• Roger – an AI assistant that prepares a daily overview, suggests a shift schedule and answers questions about the operation. It asks for consent before first use.
