First of all, the way you enter your Birthday to even get started is ridiculous. It was a lengthy process of just clicking to get back to a 1961 birth date. There has to be an easier way! After all that work to finally get to my date, the system was down. Now I have to go through that lengthy process again. Just not user friendly in that aspect and I haven't even enrolled yet.

Absolutely do not like the lay out. Everything is to spread out. Why fix what was not broken. Old format was way better. You could see everything on the screen. Now you have to click around to see.
