new update wont let me in the game, so low stars. Will give 5 when fixed☺️ EDIT: now allowed in the game, no progress/purchases or anything lost! Sticking to my promise of 5 stars since the issue was fixed relatively quickly, without any backlash on my gameplay. A very cute, relaxing game with a bunch of little mini games to keep it entertaining.

This is a really fun game. So much so that I chose to put some money into it. But even though I didn't spend my diamonds and it shows I have a balance, it won't let me use them. Then I reload the app hoping that will fix it and they are gone. I have reached out multiple times to the developer with no response. Disappointed. Update: Customer service reached out and refunded the gems and energy to my account that had been lost.

After the most recent update the game won't open. It gets to 100% and says Entering and then it stays on the same screen. I've tried clearing the cache, closing all apps, etc. I don't have access to my Player ID because I am stuck on the loading screen.
