Why the app has quick check feature if it need log in. Then it isn't quick check , customers need to create account just to check the status. And app kept spamming location requests. I felt your app is trying to extract personal information from customers than helping one needs.

Miss parcel and send wrong address. Didn't take any responsibility for missing parcel since last two months and i don't get any reply for missing parcel information. Bad,Worse Service and solve problem (pointes from one to one and don't get any reply)

The service is hella sluggish! No pre-inform for delayed deliveries! And when making inquiries, the information returned isn't adequate at all. Hope you can fix it in time or I'm not using it ever again.
