Their advertisement says you can save time. It took longer for them to make my food than it would have of I'd have waited on the drive through. Also they do not seem to have curbside pickup or anyway to get it through the window. If you have to go inside anyway to pick it up you might as well order while you're in there.

confirmed order in one store, it was sent to another. neither manager at these stores helped nor refunded me. watch out for their thieving.
