App is very straightforward and functional! Never had any issues with connecting it to the device or using the video/voice functions (which is very fun to use when I want to "call" my cat when I'm away, as if he has a phone now). Food is always on time and the feeding schedule is adjustable as well, so it's perfect for any day. Takes a lot of stress off my plate when I have to be out all day, knowing he's fed and is just a call away

I've had this for about 2 weeks. overall the app works but it's not labeling my 3 cats properly when they use the box. Even though they have 3 very different weights, it only lists 1 cat fir 2 of the weights. But because it does show the weights, I can tell who used it despite the lack of labeling.

very convenient.my cats like it which I was worried about at first.its very quiet and that's a plus. I don't regret purchasing this box.
