Good day to you. I cannot find the litter leveling feature on the app anymore. I changed my litter to The World's Best Litter multi-cat formula. It works very well. Unfortunately it doesn't level out to well. It tends to leave move on the left side, the direction it rotates. I would like to adjust it to be level but the feature is no longer on the app. Please fix it. Thank you

App is very straightforward and functional! Never had any issues with connecting it to the device or using the video/voice functions (which is very fun to use when I want to "call" my cat when I'm away, as if he has a phone now). Food is always on time and the feeding schedule is adjustable as well, so it's perfect for any day. Takes a lot of stress off my plate when I have to be out all day, knowing he's fed and is just a call away

App did not work from the start. Kept sending me notifications that bin is full and to empty it. Bin was never full it was in fact empty when those messages were sent. I kept sending feedback of the erroneous notifications but never heard from company. I emailed and got no answer there either. Had to get Amazon to initiate dialog with company. Instead of trouble shooting my issues, they want me to return the item. Sorry...this app stinks. May 10, 3023
