The BedWatch mobile app provides a set of advanced tools to help mobilize teams within a healthcare environment. As services are requested within your healthcare facility the proper proper teams will be instantly notified on their mobile devices and are able to respond and provide real-time updates to requesters. Mobile teams use the built in secure messaging functions to stay in communication while walking around. Data is generated around every step of a service request to provide access to valuable data to support process improvement efforts. No dispatchers are needed. In addition, the app supports the ability for users to be specifically authorized to handle more than one type of job which allows for enhanced organizational efficiency through cross-trained / cross-silo teams.
