Works about half of the time - so probably best not to rely on it for urgent banking. Often doesn't work in the evenings - maybe hosted in a Data Centre or server room where lights go out at night. The in-app customer service is nonexistent. Apart from that it's wonderful lol

The best banking mobile app in Ethiopia I ve ever seen. I use more than 10 Ethiopian banks apps & this exceeds them by far with many different options, providing detailed information & access to the client account, security and clarity (easy to use features). I even got all my one year transactions with simplicity & downlodable formal Bank Statement in pdf. The best thing is, it can also be downloaded in Ms Excel format which we can use to compute for Accounting or personal purposes.

Was functional in the past, but now it just crashes and makes my phone glitch all the time. Does not login 99% of the time, tried again after reinstalling, but got worse.
