Ratings and reviews

SCAM! They offer free items for the new users as long as you purchase atleast one. So i decided to pick as well as for the free item. I paid it via gcash and waited too long for them to process the items. When I checked the status of my order after weeks of waiting, only to find out that they changed the free item without informing me first. What a waste! Very disappointing 👎👎👎

Horrible customer service I will advise no one to order from this app, I ordered 14 items as gift for my baby over 2month and I didn't receive my parcel. Hibobi keep prospone and change date and time very poor customer experience I had till now no one care or call me to find solutions. It's really bad experience Continue like this can destroy the company reputation advise you to change the staff for better.
