Ratings and reviews

Hibobi offers a wide range of products with various designs depending on your preference. Items have very good quality for a reasonable price. There are also discounts/promos from time to time where you can really save. The delivery lead time is not that long and products are always in good condition when received. It's totally worth it if you shop from Hibobi.

SCAM! They offer free items for the new users as long as you purchase atleast one. So i decided to pick as well as for the free item. I paid it via gcash and waited too long for them to process the items. When I checked the status of my order after weeks of waiting, only to find out that they changed the free item without informing me first. What a waste! Very disappointing 👎👎👎

The shipping process and overall delivery communication is terrible. I placed an order weeks ago and still have no idea when it's arriving. I totally understand everything is delayed but at least give adequate updates. Right now the tracking info just says where it's heading in the U.S not when I can expect it to arrive to me. Very frustrating, time to invest in a more updated tracking and communication mechanism
