Hibr teaches the Islamic sciences in short daily lessons, quoted from named classical books rather than paraphrased.
WHAT YOU STUDY
• Tafsir al-Qur'an — Tafsir as-Sa'di, and at-Tafsir al-Muyassar word by word
• Hadith — al-Arba'in an-Nawawiyyah, the forty-two hadiths studied first almost everywhere
• Fiqh — a matn for each of the four madhhabs: Matn Abi Shuja' (Shafi'i), 'Umdat al-Fiqh (Hanbali), Mukhtasar al-Quduri (Hanafi), al-Risalah of Ibn Abi Zayd (Maliki)
• Aqidah — al-'Aqidah at-Tahawiyyah, the creed of Ahl as-Sunnah
• Tajwid — al-Jamzuri's Tuhfat al-Atfal, with recitation practice
QUOTED, NOT REWRITTEN
Every ruling and every explanation comes from the book it is attributed to. Nothing is paraphrased into something new, and nothing is generated. A book is not published in Hibr until a qualified scholar's audio explanation of it is ready to listen to alongside it.
HOW IT WORKS
Five minutes a day. Short lessons, and spaced review that brings something back just before you would have forgotten it. Read the Qur'an in full with translation. Set prayer times and the athan.
Free, and no ads.
