For the last 2 mobths I haven't been able to view the details of my accounts nor operate anything on the front page. None of my finger presses on the icons are being registered by the app. The only thing I can see is my account totals and nothing else. I have tried reinstalling twice. Edit: yeah, there is no excuse for zero access. Currently having a white screen before the login screen. After I finish my car loan I'm switching banks. Unless they fix their app within the next 6 months.

This app needs a serious security and functionality review. The overall IT work is poor, and customer support is disappointing. Fingerprint login rarely works, and even when it does, I often have to reset it for no reason. The same issue occurs with the password — even when entered correctly, it frequently gets rejected. The app also crashes regularly, and mobile check deposits are often declined without explanation. I deposited the same checks within seconds using a different Bank's app

I don't like the fact that I have to authenticate every time I need to use the bill pay system. That is an inconvenience. Also, when are we going to be able to add third-party accounts? The app needs a fresh start. Incorporate your debit card alerts. Get rid of that lengthy statement at the top and you sign into online banking. That should be an expandable option.
