This application was developed by the Directorate of Rural Affairs, of the Ministry of the Interior, of the Kingdom of Morocco, in order to help the Members, the Naibates and the Nouabes of the ethnic collective lands (or Aradi Jama3tes soulalyates), to become aware of the new regulatory framework (Laws 62.17, 63.17 and 64.17) which governs these lands, build their capacities and better understand their rights and duties.
The application is based on a distance learning platform that provides always up-to-date content specifically dedicated to Members, Naibates and Nouabes.
The application is very easy to use. She uses voice, images and videos as the main means of interaction with learners to facilitate access to the most vulnerable people.
The training is delivered in the form of interactive videos. An interactive knowledge test is offered to the learner to assess his degree of knowledge acquisition. The test then provides the correct answer.
Specific content is developed for members and another dedicated to Nouabes and Naibates who thus declare themselves to the application. These contents are specific, because each category has specific rights and duties.
