Hide is the official members' app for the Hide nightclub in Doha. It puts your loyalty card, your tier, your perks, and what's on this week into a single phone-first experience built around how the venue actually works — no QR codes to misplace, no plastic cards to forget, no marketing inbox to wade through.

SIGN IN WITH YOUR PHONE, IN SECONDS
Type your Qatar number, receive a one-time SMS code, and you're in. No emails, no passwords, no social log-ins — your phone is your membership identity. First-time members complete a 30-second profile (name, birthday, Instagram if you'd like), and they're done.

CHECK IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Open the app at the door and tap to check in. Your phone confirms you're at the venue (a geofence around Hide's address), records your visit, and credits points to your account automatically. The home-screen radar tells you exactly when you're inside the check-in zone, so there's no tapping at empty buttons from the queue.

EARN POINTS, CLIMB TIERS
Every check-in, every spend at the bar, every door entry adds to your balance. Cross the threshold and you graduate from Bronze to Silver, Gold, or VIP. Each tier unlocks its own catalogue of perks — from priority entry and complimentary drinks at Silver, all the way to bottle service and backstage access at VIP.

A FULL ACTIVITY LEDGER
The Activity tab is a clean, sortable transaction feed. Filter by this month, last 30 days, this year, or a custom date range. Every credit, every redemption, every adjustment is recorded immutably so you can see exactly how your tier is tracking. It's your personal Hide statement, available any time.

REWARDS WORTH WORKING FOR
The Rewards screen surfaces every perk in the catalogue. Locked perks render with a padlock so you know what's worth earning toward, sorted so the next thing you'll unlock sits right at the top of the locked list. The Rewards tab is the difference between a loyalty programme that motivates and a points balance you forget about.

RECEPTION-REDEEMABLE PERKS
Birthday month? Walk up to reception, hand them your phone, and a 4-digit security code unlocks your tier's birthday gift on the spot — Prosecco at Silver, Champagne at Gold, the full VIP set if you've made it that far. Big DJ night and you're Gold or above? Use the same flow to claim a backstage upgrade. The transaction lands instantly in your activity feed, audited and immutable.

SEE WHAT'S ON
The home screen shows the venue's weekly schedule poster — tap to enlarge with pinch-to-zoom so you can read the small print of who's playing each night. Below it, a horizontal rail of upcoming events. Tap any card for the full lineup, then "Book" to grab tickets through the venue's web checkout without leaving the app.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, ONLY WHEN IT MATTERS
Hide reaches out for things that move the needle — your tier promotion, an event night you'd actually care about, a perk that's about to expire. Granular preferences in Profile let you turn the volume up or down, and they default to off until you opt in.
