HidroAdmin serves condominiums with up to 100 units.

Currently, HidroAdmin is geared towards condominiums that use COPASA water bills. The application is not an official COPASA application and has no institutional link with the company.

HidroAdmin is an application developed to assist condominium managers, administrators, and those responsible for condominiums in controlling individual water meter readings and calculating the apportionment of costs among units.

With it, it is possible to record water meter readings, organize units, calculate individual consumption, track differences between current and previous readings, and generate reports to support condominium management.

The application was designed for condominiums that have individualized metering, with a main water meter linked to the utility company and individual water meters per unit.

HidroAdmin is a management support tool. The calculated values ​​must be verified by the condominium manager, considering the rules of the utility company, the current tariffs and the internal allocation criteria.

The application does not replace technical, accounting or administrative verification. The user is responsible for correctly entering the information and validating the results before using them in billing, communications or statements.
