I have to use it everyday, and when it works it gets the job done, the problem is that it doesn't always work. On more than one occasion the servers die and the app gets practically bricked, cant buy tickets, recharge your account's credit or see what tickets you've bought, the latter which has put me in a pickle more than once since you cant have a phisical bus card if you have it digitally, meaning you have to buy the full price ticket at the bus when it arrives.

It got worse. too many screens and buttons just to buy a ticket with a virtual bonus.

Impossible to use! I have had to sign into my account 5 times, and still can't book a ticket! No customer service, or even FAQ's! Absolutely ridiculous for such an easy thing to do! It is easier in Cambodia!
