Ratings and reviews

I truly love the tournaments in this slot game... BUT what I don't like are the inconsistencies. There's several typos on the app for one thing. Very unprofessional. Another major annoyance is the final last 30 seconds of a tournaments round where I'm stuck in a hold & spin or free game feature with more than enough credits to win the round, and yet you allow the other player to win. Why would you do that?? The amount of money I've spent on this app is ridiculous for the amount of coins you get.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASE COIN PACKAGES!! My credit card has been charged several times for 1 purchase, in the amount of $99.99 and $89.99, as well as other amounts! I bought this to their attention (it took forever to hear back from them) they FINALLY replied and said it was a Microsoft error and they would be issuing double the coins or money that I didn't get. Please be patient. After writing numerous more times, I got a reply. It said they aren't sure what I'm talking about!

At best I give Slot smash 2 stars. Ads pop up every 3 minutes in gameplay. I was playing against someone and it was close but then an ad popped up and it literally lasted 2 minutes. When I got back to gameplay it said I had lost. Of course I did, how could I not? They have this set up in a way where they are saying you have to spend without saying it. Interrupting someone's gameplay is comparable to interrupting someone's conversation. I'm deleting.
