So far this thing is costing me and has annoying lights, otherwise I can't see any benefit. I have no idea what it is doing, and adding a black box device to my home network sounds like a security exposure, not protection. I'd like to see information on what scans / risks / threats could be detected by the device - not just a 'its plugged in so you're protected! There's a green light - it's good!' this is not what I thought I was buying / kick-starting. As far as I can see there is no reason to pay for this app or device. Support has been awful, not only is there no contact for support, their sales has no interest in feedback in the product.

I'm not sure whether to rate the app or the service itself so I'll do both. The app works fine though struggles a little bit connecting the device to wifi. The device itself is working fine and doing what it's supposed to. My one complaint is that there is no way to delete your account or stop the emails without having to email them. Even then I still got emails sometimes. Step that up and I'd call it a 5 star.

Kickstarter backer. Installation is NOT intuitive at all as it states on the box that it's simple set up. It also would not connect to our wifi. After that, It's hard wired in and keeps asking to "fix" the wifi, but it still wouldn't connect after 6 attempts. Tried again the next day, it connected, but the wifi status still indicates no wifi. If I can return it I would. I spent a good 3 hours on this thing setting it up and it's still not working as it's supposed to. Let's see after longer use.
