Ratings and reviews

This app has been broken for months. It's disheartening that an internet and technology company can't get their own app working properly after this long.

App keeps trying to set up system again but when I try, it tells me there is a delay. It will not let me manage anything because the only screen it goes to is the one to set up the system. I've called customer service but they have no clue about it 😑 Please fix this! I've tried everything

this app is unreliable frequently crashes or is unusable in any regard or does not register a signal from the internet that is running the phone that this app is currently on.
