well my experience is starting to turn into to be a nightmare I can't get into my router can't get into my apps I've called and I've called no one calls me back I don't know what's going on I think between the apps and the login administration and I mean the service wasn't bad to speed was good but that's once they get compromised or hijacked or onboarded by another device pure device you're done like no one wants to help you

app has not been working for a couple months now. keeps saying app delayed when I try to do anything on it.

Barely works most of the time, if it works at all. Doesn't show connected devices most of the time. It would be nice if I could grant specific websites access in the parental control. It blocks random websites for "sexual content". But I can't find a reason on the site.
