Wants 2 factor authentication set up but then the app won't load/progress after that point and the only other option is to sign out. Not impressed that I cannot get the care we specifically have to go through this platform.

What a horrible app. It is totally unfunctional on my pixel 7. First problem setting up account the password must have window covers the place where your putting the password. Then you go down to confirm password that same pop up window covers that input field. Oh wait then the security question has you guessed it a popup field covering it from the original enter a password here is what you need to do It only gets worse. You need to set up 2 stage authentication. That page never loads.

Doesnt work and hasnt worked since May of last year. Please tell me all of your app developers have been fired and you're in the process of finding employees who can make this worthless app. Guess I'll call my insurance and hope they know how to do their jobs. Dont bother even waisting your time downloading this app. It doesnt work
