Why does this app need access to my contacts? By default, it asks for permission, but of course, I clicked no, and the app continued running as nothing happen . So, it's unclear why the developers need this permission, unless it's to collect data...

I use this to test that I have a signal. My internet goes through a satellite. BTW, that type of access SUX! When my internet is going slow or video buffers, I come here to start troubleshooting.
