Nothing on my account has been updated on the app since September. Just keeps telling me to come back. Well how long does one have to wait!? I feel like 5 months is more than an appropriate amount of time.

It was working when I first installed it and it showed me all the information I needed to see. Now I have to start calling my payments in or physically go up their because something went wrong and it won't let me make my payment. IT'S very annoying and they need to get it fixed

It use to work great but now get an error message whenever I go to account and it's not updating payment information. It shows last payment was in September which isn't correct. Please fix so I can see the correct number of payments I have left.
