This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.

This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS), and security control is implemented 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. Report storage and access rights
Reports and questionnaires are stored directly on Red Whistle's secure server for security purposes and can only be accessed by audit staff authorized to process reports.

Be sure to take note of the unique number assigned after submitting the report or inquiry form, and check the response and progress of the audit manager through processing confirmation a few days later.
