Been working great since they updated my camera firmware and I switched to an outlook email for alerts, until about 2 weeks ago and now I get no email alerts.

Hi Dear User, looks like the HiKam Pro app hasn't been granted with 'Storage Permission'. You can set it to resolve the issues: go to Settings of phone > Apps&notif> Permissions > find HiKam Pro > enable the Storage permission. If already enabled, deactive it then enable it again. And recommend updating to the new 3.0.20. Thanks!
