I had the older version installed last year and it was great. Uninstalled because i had issues with my phone.. Only to reinstall and sign in to loose all my hard earned crystals. Then what's the point in signing in? This is even worse than a sign up Please restore my crystals which was over 20000 or compensate me for this loss or I'm deleting it permanently

This app is getting worse. I have enough problem the pump earning crystals so low and now the karma. the app says I have unfollowed people and get over -700, I haven't done anything.... The only thing I do is letting the app pumping crystals and sometimes do tasks. whats going on? This is not right. Why cant it be like Fazon+, it was much easier to use. I reported the app issue yesterday but no respond or fixed. I stop use this app for now thank you.
