I can't view my footage, or even check for firmware updates as the menu's are scrambling and can't see anything

really needs to be simplified, not user friendly at all. Why does it have photos and videos under the photos tab, just have photos section and video section from the homepage, loss of things like this that make app complicated.

Absolutely useless. I have to constantly keep re-adding the device. Not user friendly. It stops recording video without any reason or notification.
