was using this fine... now I need to create an account... and it wont allow me in... just says request timout...

Update !! Still not able to connect to the dashcam even with the latest update . If it doesn't work out these days . I will need to return all the cam I have on warranty . After the update, It forgot the original password and it will not connect after restting . Edit .. still can't connect to the dashcam . It shows up in WiFi list . But it says couldn't connect . Tried every thing . Resetting the cam to factory settings . Reinstall the app . Still can't connect

Completely useless app. Bought the dash cam, and when trying to use the app, it won't allow me to see the recorded files. Keeps saying you have not allowed permission, but when I try to allow it doesn't work. Also when connected to the camera I don't have access to the internet because it uses wifi. Returned the camera and un-installed the app. Won't buy hikvision again.
