Love this concept! As a design engineer by trade I tend to use CAD or precision drawing tools. It's fun to get back to basics, with no rules or tools to help you. Just one improvement I'd suggest is to possibly add the solution to each puzzle in order to help those who cannot solve it themselves? Not everyone knows how to find the exact centre of a circle without a rule or set of compasses for example...
I love the game but unfortunately I have to give it 3 stars because although the update says the level 5.5's number of moves is fixed it is not. In all the youtube videos I've seen of the level it takes 6E to complete it yet mine only says 5E, a task which is quite difficult to acheive. Nevermind I just figured out the "hand" is the move tool and solved it...excellent game and I hope you guys release more geometry related games
Beautiful game. I remember being a teenager in the 90's using ms paint, trying to get it to do these things! I was never sure if my calculations were precise, but with this app, I know I'm constructing something that doesn't just looking symmetrical, but is. I could have just gone to the library and looked it up, but it's so much better discovering it yourself, just like the greeks did!
I love the minimum moves goal. Please keep the policy of not disclosing solutions. It may cause some star loss but it is worth. You must be totally sure of the correctness however, which is possible if you update the target with verified solutions provided by the users.
Brilliant game. I think it would be a great teaching tool as well. Concepts that seemed boring at school really come alive. It's also wonderful to see the beautiful diagrams that result. And solving a problem in the minimum number of steps is so satisfying. I love it.
Brilliant. We need more apps like this that educate in a fun way. Needs some sort of hint function. I've had to research to find solutions, but I think I am finally at an impasse 3/4 of the way through.
- Your constructions can be saved and restored. All solutions are automatically saved.
- Updated the number of moves for:
5.5 "Arithmetic Mean of Trapezoid Bases"
7.3 "Angle of 75°"
