I am extremely disappointed with Mtek. My claim, filed over a year ago, has yet to be settled despite repeated follow-ups. This delay has left me financially unstable and without the support I expected from an insurance provider. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to honor valid claims are unacceptable. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but this app has done the opposite.
