I really like this app alot. We've been using it for years with our kids in daycare. We love getting updates on food, naps, and photos right on our phone. The only complaint I have is that there's no way for the app to notify when a message is received. And I can't see a new message from the home view. I can only see new messages if I go into the message view. This has been a BIG problem because our daycare's policy is to only notify us of covid close contact via messages on the app. Ugh!

only item that has enabled live updates for reporting is diaper changes. As a nursing mother, its imperative to see live updates on feedings to maintain a schedule for pump and feeding upon returning home. It would be helpful to monitor naps as well for scheduling considerations. Its not helpful when this information only becomes available in daily report when baby checked out. option to message care givers directly rather than just directors would improve communication and needs te

The old HiMama was better. On Android, this one does not have the shortcut for pictures, you need to go throuh the menu. Weirdly enough you have it on iOS. Notifications don't work, despite being allowed. The image scrolling keeps sending me back to the top of the page. The scrooling is not smooth, but "blocky". Interface is a bit better but the overall usage was better before.
