Synq turns multiple Android phones connected to the same local Wi-Fi network into one synchronized speaker group.

One phone becomes the host. Select an audio file, approve the phones that should join, and Synq transfers a verified local copy to each approved phone. Every phone then follows the host’s shared playback timeline.

HOW TO USE

1. Connect all phones to the same Wi-Fi network or phone hotspot.
2. Tap “Create a speaker group” on one phone.
3. Have the other phones find and request to join the group.
4. Approve the phones from the host device.
5. Choose an audio file on the host.
6. Wait until every phone is ready.
7. Press play and listen together.

Synq uses Android’s document picker to access audio files selected by the user. Audio is transferred only between phones in the local group and stored in the app’s private storage for future playback.

Nearby-device or location permission may be required by Android for local network discovery. For the best timing, use a stable Wi-Fi network and built-in phone speakers. Bluetooth speakers and earbuds may add their own audio delay.

Only share audio that you have permission to use and share.
