About this app

HimLocal Restaurant is the counter app for cafés and restaurants that run on HimLocal.

Keep it open on the counter phone or tablet:

• Order alarm: new online, QR-table and counter orders ring with a loud alarm.
• Bills at the counter: take dine-in, counter, takeaway and delivery orders, settle the bill and print it for the customer.
• Kitchen tickets (KOT) print by themselves: pair a Bluetooth receipt printer, or use a printer on your Wi-Fi or network. Printing keeps going in the background, with a small notification while it runs.
• Kitchen screen (KDS): the kitchen sees every ticket, by station.
• Menu in seconds: prices, availability, photos and categories.
• When the internet drops: keep taking counter orders on this phone and print them; they sync when you are back online.
• Tables, QR table ordering and staff logins: on cafés where HimLocal has set them up.

An account is needed to sign in. HimLocal sets up your café with you: write to [e-mail] or visit partner.himlocal.com.

What’s new

HimLocal Partner is now HimLocal Restaurant, with a new orange icon. After updating, sign in once: this phone's printer setup, device and saved settings come across by themselves. Order alarm, kitchen tickets and billing work as before.
