About this app

BNICMS is a management system designed for business referral clubs. A club's operations—from recruiting members, weekly meetings, collecting membership fees to tracking referral performance—are all scattered across spreadsheets, communication groups, and paper receipts. BNICMS consolidates all of this into a single system, providing the same data on both mobile phones and computers.

■ Membership and Positions

• Complete membership roster, grouped by industry, each member has a unique seat code.

• Term and Position: Nine leadership positions, each with corresponding permissions.

• Membership is completed via a password-protected link; temporary passwords will never be sent.

■ Meetings and Attendance

• Meetings automatically compile a full membership list; members register for special events themselves.

• QR code check-in or roll call via mobile phone.

• Attendance Status: Attended, Late, Absent, Sick Leave, Proxy.

• Visitors are invited by members and approved by administrators; the inviter is automatically recorded.

• Attendance reports are exported by member or by event.

■ Accounts

• Membership fees automatically cover all attending members throughout the cycle, ensuring no omissions.

• Collection, early bird pricing, fee waivers, refunds, and corrections are all recorded and traceable.

• Receipts are automatically numbered and can be instantly shared as PDFs.

• Expense reimbursement: Submission, approval, payment—three actions with three permissions.

• Income and expenditure log, aging analysis, end-of-term settlement, and handover package.

■ Referral Performance (Traffic Light)

• Seven indicators, 100-point scale: Green ≥70, Yellow ≥50, Red ≥30

• Strict six-month rolling window; missing months are clearly indicated.

• Each member sees their score, trend, and the specific gap required for the next level.

■ Electronic Business Card

• Each member has a publicly shareable business card: profession, company, ideal referral partner, and portfolio.

• One-click addition to contacts (vCard), or sharing via QR code.

■ One Chapter, One Profile
Each chapter has its own currency, time zone, language, brand color, and job title. BNICMS isolates data by chapter—you will only see data from your own chapter.
