The LaserPecker experience is always good when you consider it as being a user friendly mobile solution for simple tasks. You want to use the PC application for anything serious, so don't expect this to be serious and vote it down when it isn't. It's only flaw, is that it is notorious for no longer finding any units nearby when trying to connect. Some people say you have to freshly install the app every time, but that isn't the case. The solution is much more simple, restart your phone!

This app makes me regret getting a LaserPecker. I have difficulty connecting to my device via Bluetooth more often than not. And even when I can connect, the app has been crashing on me before ever transferring the design (even simple text) to be sized, etc. Even when everything is working fine, the app is clunky to use (have you ever seen a warning to not press buttons too fast on another app??). I give LP a 9/10 on their hardware, but a 1/10 on their app. Very disappointing after dropping $$

App is so abysmal that you spend more time trying to get it to work than actually engraving. I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to make it work to no avail. It crashes every time I try to engrave, even if it's clipart included in the app. I'm just about ready to give up and get a new laser engraver. I would give it a 0 stars if I could.
