(“IMJ”) (part of the Indomobil Group) and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation), with Deed of Establishment Number 45 dated 11 July 2014 drawn up before Popie Savitri Martosuhardjo Pharmanto, SH Notary in Jakarta and has obtained approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number AHU-17318.40.10.2014 dated 14 July 2014 .

In order to provide convenience, convenience and speed in service to debtors throughout Indonesia, the Company opened 13 branches (including 1 Jakarta Fleet) spread across Medan, Pekanbaru, Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, Tangerang, Jakarta, Bandung, Makassar, Semarang and Surabaya. .
