Mediterranean bowls. South Asian flavor. Hinzi's Kitchen is 100% halal, made fresh to order, with scratch-made sauces. Butter chicken, homestyle chicken, gyro, paneer, and falafel, over basmati rice or wrapped in soft roti. This is our official app for Frederick and Germantown, Maryland.

Build your own bowl or wrap with any protein and our seven house-made sauces, or pick a favorite: Chicken Rice Bowl, Butter Chicken Rice Bowl, Gyro Kati Roll, Falafel Rice Bowl, Paneer Tikka. Vegan and vegetarian options throughout, with dietary tags on every item.
