Ratings and reviews

The game starts out quick but it slows up after level 15. Recipes require too many ingredients and takes too much time to actually make them. Ingredients gets increasingly harder to obtain. Creating characters gets increasingly harder. The amount of points to level up increases but the amount of points awarded for tasks completed remains the same. Task energy is ok but to get more is hard. Free Card energy is unreasonable to obtain.

Really not happy with this app right now. After making a purchase, the game froze on a pop-up message and no matter what I try, when i open the app it goes right to the same frozen screen. I'm afraid to uninstal and re-download in case my current progress didn't save. I emailed the support team, but haven't received any response. What a joke!

I really enjoy this game however after the update it goes to a frozen screen and you can't get past it. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it and it didn't work. I'm disappointed now because this is actually something I play multiple times a day. I will be emailing a screenshot to support to see if I can get some support before I just uninstall permanently.
