Ratings and reviews

App displayed stale data upon login. I paid my insurance bill on time 2 weeks ago (by phone, because my credit card number changed and I did not see in app where to update it). Today the app said my policy was Canceled, my card number was the old number, and my last Payment was a year ago. I was distraught. A few minutes later, the app silently updated & displayed all 3 correctly. Beware.

The app works great. The company is worthless. A wind storm tore up our roof and they would only give us $400 to replace a 10 year old roof. The shingles are 30 year level 4, not cheap low quality. I don't recommend this company.

Useless for what it needs to be, as an app for my homeowners policy I expected to have access to said policy, but it is a generic checklist of house maintenance projects, most of which do not apply to my house (which would be obvious if the homeowners policy was accessible in the app as they have all my home info)
