Constantly crashes putting reef at high risk! I would not have purchased my Reefer G2+ 425 if I had known how poorly this app operates. Every morning at least one component loses connectivity. It is so bad that I had to install a Kasa switch to turn off the power strip for one minute to recycle the power. There is a horrible lag time anytime you need to adjust a component. Light programming is very limited. We replaced the Red Sea lighting and wave pumps with Current USA.

This app endlessly crashes. Or it just doesn't respond, doesn't connect. The equipment is amazing but useless without the app. I currently can not set up my new doser because I can't even name a head to get to the priming stage. So it's useless. My husband's doser just stopped dosing and didn't alert him. God only knows how long it went before he caught it. We've both had to reset up "aquariums" in the app because they disappeared even after signing in. We've uninstalled, tried everything.

Constantly having to reset. For the cost of this light it isnt as reliable as I would have hoped. I like the features but everytime I try to do something with the light I have to go through all this stuff just to get the light connected to my phone again. It just is a pain EDIT: 3/17/2020- Still having the same issues. Having these issues almost makes the light unusable. RedSea please figure this out
