About this app
This app makes it easier for employers who need temporary workers. Employers register the shifts according to their schedules and needs. Registered jobs will be visible to workers and once a worker picks a shift on the "HireOn Workers" app, the status of the registered shift changes to shift "PICKED" and the same status will be reflected on both the apps and a notification email will be sent to both the parties for the updated status. Employers and workers both have the right to unpick/delete the shift with some rules which will be shown before doing any such action on the apps.
