Worst app, if the app owners don't know how to create a better user interface please stop it. And the facilities are very worst. The wifi team is totally waste, they don't respond at correct time,they don't even lift my calls, if we want to register a complaint then it is totally sucks, we can't able to find the options in the radio button too, we can't able to download the invoice too. Learn to provide a better facility first, and teach your workers to respond otherwise shut down the broadband.

Worst experience iam faced after taken Hireach.. Don't know when wifi connectivity issue will come. All the time we have to connect to customer care. It's like almost 1 month , i faced almost everyday connectivity issue. We should not encourage this kind of networks at any cost.. From next time i will discontinue this network. Even zero ratings they won't deserve

Worst service in this new digital world. They are boss of their own. seems they are interested in making the new connections and not interested in meeting the customer service and provide proper internet service. I strongly recommend not to go with REACH broadband. And the app is a joke. If you click on forgot password you will get the new password to your registered number. But the the Greatest and coolest function from the vendor is that it will not allow you to login with new password. If we keep on writing the issues then, i am sure that the Vendor can opt for World record with most customers disliked Internet service provider. Due to Pandemic i had taken 1 year package without checking review. This was my first biggest mistake ever.
