HireMeUp is a video-first hiring application that connects employers and job seekers through a more human screening process. Employers post open roles, job seekers apply by recording a response to an initial interview question. From this initial interaction, employers then review applicants, disqualify candidates when needed, send follow-up interview questions, and ultimately request a live interview for qualified candidates. Ultimately employers can make employment offers through the application, as a final step.
