[About Shiba Ginza Street Shopping Association]
It is a voluntary organization whose purpose is to foster friendship, prosperity, and development among its members, and has been certified as a ``Kuroobi Shopping Street'', a lively shopping street in Saitama Prefecture. In addition to the flower-filled project and streetlight illuminations, we have recently been actively engaged in activities such as creating shopping street maps and commercials, and holding Halloween events with hundreds of participants.
