About this app

The Lasix app, designed by the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority, enables Lasix Veterinarians to record treatments for multiple horses without having to go on the HISA portal. The app is designed to work when connected to the internet or when the user is offline, to ensure treatments can be captured in real time. Data that is captured offline, will automatically sync when the user opens the app when they have reconnected to the internet.
How does it work?
- Simply log on using your HISA username and password.
- Select the track you are at.
- Choose a race day.
- Select the race number.
- Click on the horse(s) that received Lasix.
- Enter in the dosage and time of injection.
- Confirm and save the record.
If you made an error when entering the data, you can edit today’s or yesterday’s record to ensure you are providing true and accurate information.
