Very unhappy with the entire camera system, including the app. The Wi-Fi camera will not connect to the base monitor, despite that being what it is supposed to do. The connection to the camera on the app is awful and works less than half the time, and when it does work the screen blanks out all green in and out so you can't see the baby anyways. Terrible system. Don't purchase.

If you're reading this please do yourself a favor and purchase a different device/system. App is completely not usable with our camera. Loads forever and never actually connects. We've tried so many reboots and resets.m, nothing has worked. Much better software and devices out there. When it comes to your children you need reliability, this simply isn't that.

Stopped working because of bug and got a message that's said reinstall after company fixes it. I called and they knew nothing about it! It is very hard to hear the audio. I am very disappointed in overall performance! ok, this is a yr later now...Babysense is the work camera system and company. I can't imagine any company being worse! I removed the app for my phone camera and now I can't get it back! when you call the company for help they say they're busy and disconnect you!
