About this app

The Authentication application is one way to authenticate so that retirees have the convenience of taking pension money, if retirees have problems related to using smartphone devices for authentication, retirees can still come directly to the Bank or Pos Pay Partners.

In this authentication, you will be asked to imitate 3 movements to be shuffled. If it fails, it will be asked to repeat 2 times.

The purpose of building this application is as an alternative to the authentication process for retirees so that retirees can authenticate anywhere and anytime via a smartphone.

This application is intended for all retirees and will be more optimally used by retirees who have just entered retirement.

Ratings and reviews

The app is stuck and always keep loading, once i already record the face recognition, it always go back to the first step. This is the most and very worst app i have ever use!!!! As you see the app is for taking pension administration, but it doesn't work at all. Please improve your app, don't make elderly delay their pension fees just because the app isn't working!!!!!

This apps is annoying. Dull UI interface, frequent error on the authentication process without any explanation why it happens, and there's no option that helps user to fix that error. I just update the apps to its newest version, but there's no significant change on the apps. What's the point of updating this app if there's no improvement on it?

Here's my honest review for this app : 1. Not easy to use for elder by him/herself 2. The UI is not user friendly especially for elder people (small font and hard to read). 3. The chance getting an error is so huge, and user have no idea what the cause of error. 4. Infinite loading progress after finished scanning, not sure it is stuck and will succeed or failed (no UI explanation) Overall this App still not user friendly
